Do you accept orders over the phone?

For now, we only take orders and answer inquiries via email or you may fill out our order form from our website.

 

What is the notice period for taking both small and large orders?

We require 6 weeks notice custom wedding cakes and bulk orders prior to your event date. All other orders requires 2-3 weeks notice. We recommend placing your order as soon as you have a date for your event. Our calendar books up very quick.

 

Do you make exceptions and accept cake orders at short notice?

Depending on the availability of the date and request, we will try to make it work and take last minute orders. Please be advised that this may incur a 15% rush fee of total order.

 

Is there a minimum order amount?

All custom wedding cakes start at $500 while custom celebration cake start at $200. Pricing per serving ranges from $10-15.

 

For delivery service, minimum of $200 total order is required. This can be a combination of cakes and other confections. All other small orders are for pick up. Check out our website for each product’s minimum quantity per order.

 

Do you accept custom cake orders?

Yes. We specialize in handcrafted cakes and treats.

 

Do you only do cake designs from your cake portfolio?

When it comes to inspirations for design, sky is the limit! My portfolio can be use as one of resources for inspirations. I work directly with my client to ensure that their dream custom wedding cake or custom celebration cake is tailored to their vision, budget, and taste.

 

Will you create a replica of cake produced elsewhere?

No. I believe that your custom cake should be unique and suits to your vision of the event. However, we can get inspiration from designs that you like and come up with a unique design just for you.

 

Do you provide Cake Sketches?

Yes. Design sketches will be emailed to you for review and approve final design to make sure we are all in the same page. Please be advised that no sketches are issued before a deposit is received.

 

What design references do you want your customers to bring along during consultation?

You may bring in some photos, style board or anything that will reflect the theme of your event such as invitation cards, fabric, or color swatches.

 

Do you offer cakes by size or servings?

We offer both. Each size has a standard base cost. Depends on what serving portion you choose, we can help you narrow down the right configuration that will suit your needs.

 

What do you recommend serving sizes for various types of occasions?

If you are serving custom celebration cake or wedding cake alone, go with the dessert size. If you are serving other pastries aside from your cake, coffee size will be perfect.

 

Do you offer personal consultations?

Yes. All personal consultations are by appointments only. Consultations are schedule for a $30 fee, which will be applied toward your order above $500. The session will last 45min to 1hour. Due to amount of details that needed to discuss, we encourage you to come on time. A maximum of 2 attendees is allowed. You and your guest will enjoy 3 cake flavors of your choice and refreshments.

 

Do you give a quote on the spot or email them?

            Yes and Yes. I always email a copy of a quote for your own reference.

 

How much deposit do you need to secure an order?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your order and date. All bookings are date specific and your payment will be used against other orders which were declined in place of your booking.

 

When are the final payments due?

-Online Pre-Orders requires full payment at a time of booking

-Custom wedding cakes and bulk orders, final payment must be placed 3 weeks prior to your event

-Custom celebration cakes 2weeks for prior to your event

-For small orders, 1 week prior to your event

-If the event is less than 1 week, the quote will be due within 24 hours.

 

NOTE: Failure to make payments by the due date MAY result in your order being cancelled.

 

What payment methods do you take?

We accept Cash, Direct Deposit (Quickpay / Zelle) and Credit Card. Payments via Cash must still be made according to the terms of the invoice. Cash is not accepted on delivery/collection.

 

What is your Cancellation / No-Show Policy?

 

All requests for cancellation or re-arrangement of pick up schedule must be made in writing.

 

Custom Wedding Cakes, Custom Celebration Cakes and Large orders

If a cancellation is received more than 3 weeks prior to the agreed completion date, any payments (minus the 50% deposit) will be refunded in full.  Any later than that, and full payment has been received, 25% of payment (outside of original 50% deposit) will be forfeited. The remaining balance will be refunded into your bank account via direct deposit. This is because all bookings are date specific and your payment will be used against other orders which were declined in place of your booking.

 

Small orders

No Show

Due to amount of production work and delivery schedule, we strictly encourage you to show up on time during your scheduled Pick Up. We understand that life is unpredictable, in case of this circumstances please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you. Failure to show up on time without prior arrangements, may result a surcharge or forfeiture of order with no refund.
